About

A talent engine inside a design-services company

The chip industry is short of engineers, and the world’s youngest workforce is in Africa. Coronary Labs connects the two: our nonprofit academy trains the talent, and our services business puts it to work on real silicon.

Step 1

Recruit

Top BSc (Hons), MSc and PhD electrical engineering graduates from Washington Accord universities.

Step 2

Train

A 9–12 month intensive in SystemVerilog/UVM, physical design and AI-assisted workflows.

Step 3

Deploy

Billable pods deliver design verification, physical design and tape-out support from secure African hubs.

Step 4
